HR Manager
Our Client is an international company operating in the field of language and content solutions, supporting organizations in their global development through technology and specialized expertise.
The role involves managing HR activities at country level, supporting management on all HR-related topics.
The position is offered on a fixed-term contract and is fully remote, open to candidates based anywhere in Italy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee local HR processes
Support managers and employees on HR matters
Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures
Promote a collaborative and performance-driven culture
Requirements
Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in HR roles, preferably in multinational environments
Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor law
Fluency in Italian and English
