Cozy apartment on the first floor of a quiet building in the Pratello area, close to numerous clubs and restaurants but in a quiet and internal street. The environment is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen, dining area, study area, bedroom and bathroom with shower. Recently renovated and refurnished, the heating is autonomous, the wifi internet connection is fiber optic. Towels and bed linen included.
All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
